Today, at an operational meeting, Andrey Chibis instructed the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region to work out in detail a clear model of interaction between regional entrepreneurs and authorities so that small and medium-sized businesses can easily and quickly receive the necessary services and support from the region. The order was formulated based on the results of communication with entrepreneurs of Kandalaksha, which took place during a working trip to the municipality last weekend.
"We have active entrepreneurs in every municipality who are ready and willing to develop. But, on the one hand, they have problems with communication with government representatives who are able and obliged to help them, and secondly, the municipalities themselves do not have a clear "entry point" with whom to solve these problems in the government," the head of the region outlined the problem.
According to the governor, this work should be organized on the basis of the My Business center, which will become an accumulator of issues and problems of the business community. Interaction with the executive power will be carried out through an investment commissioner working in each municipality. The Murmansk Region Development Corporation will provide support in supporting projects.
"There are very difficult questions. But if we understand that the project needs to be developed, if we are interested in this and understand that it is realistic, then entrepreneurs need to be helped," Andrey Chibis stressed.
The model of interaction between entrepreneurs and the authorities should be developed within two weeks and will be presented in detail at the next operational meeting in the government of the region.
