The results of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" in the Murmansk Region in 2022 have been summed up. Within the framework of the national project, the Murmansk Regional Innovative Business Incubator provided comprehensive support to entrepreneurs at an early stage of their activities (up to 3 years), self-employed citizens and individuals who are just planning to start their own business.
One of the directions that can be safely called the "first step to a successful business" is the program for obtaining the status of a resident of a business incubator and obtaining property support.
Property support is provided by providing non-residential premises for an office on preferential terms at the GOBU MRIBI sites in Murmansk and Apatity.
The status of a resident of a business incubator allows you to make tangible savings on renting office space, repairing it, purchasing equipment, providing the premises with communication and Internet access. The amount of support is 80% of the market value of the rental of the premises.
To conduct business, GOBU MRIBI also provides consulting, accounting and legal services, conducts business registration. All services are provided to residents of the business incubator free of charge, which reduces the costs of creating and developing their own business at the initial stage of its formation.
It is possible to become a resident of a business incubator only on a competitive basis. In 2022, the status of a resident of GOBU MRIBI was granted to 46 SMEs and eight individuals with the status of "self-employed". At the same time, the number of jobs created by residents amounted to 81, and the volume of output for 2022 reached 90.601 million rubles. The provision of property support in this form contributed to the registration in 2022 of three individual entrepreneurs, seven limited liability companies, as well as two individuals with the status of "self-employed".

NORDWELL-TOUR LLC is a graduate of a business incubator with a project in the field of tourism, which has organized more than 2000 tourist programs. A young, dynamically developing company providing services on the territory of the Kola Peninsula has earned the trust of major federal tour operators today. It is the first company to open a crab safari in the Kola Arctic since 2021. Today they serve both Russian and foreign tourist groups. The range of services offered is growing, the company is successfully developing.
Polar Star LLC, CEO of Purlitsis Elena Leonidovna – the company received the status of a resident of GOBU MRIBI in 2022, the project is also aimed at organizing tours in the Murmansk region. In 2022, 7 new routes and excursion programs were developed and tested.
Flower Extracts LLC has been a resident of GOBU MRIBI since 2021. The project is aimed at developing new ways to extract useful substances from plant material using a new generation of environmentally friendly solvents. The use of a new type of solvents makes it possible to more fully isolate useful substances from plants, increasing the yield of the target product by more than 2 times compared to traditional methods. At the moment, the project is successfully developing and since December 30, 2022, the company has launched the first innovative cosmetic universal cream "Tsvetyavr".
GOSTORG LLC has been a resident of GOBU MRIBI since 2020. The company is engaged in bringing businesses to turnkey marketplaces.
Implementing their project "Training to create a store on Wildberries without a personal manager", the company's specialists conducted more than ten field seminars for enterprises, trained more than 50 people on how to catch an idea, find a niche for sale, how to work with suppliers, immersed in the pricing of goods, showed all the necessary stages of competently building an online business on the trading platform Wildberries.
