The Ministry of investment, entrepreneurship development and fisheries of the Murmansk region reports that summarized the results of the competition for the provision of financial support in the form of innovation vouchers. The innovation voucher is the guaranteed financial assurance costs in the course of implementation of innovative project. A new direction of state support was developed last year on behalf of the Governor Andrei Lapwing in the development of the task Plan 100 steps of the government of the Murmansk region. The mechanism allows beginners and existing innovative companies to apply for funding necessary services associated with the development and implementation of innovative projects, for example, services in the field of consulting, marketing, engineering, prototyping and breadboarding. The amount of financial support – up to 250 thousand rubles.
Held in a videoconference meeting of the Commission on state support of small and medium entrepreneurship of the Murmansk region nine innovators in the region presented their projects and demonstrated the prototypes development. On results of competition the winners were Alexander Potkin the project of creating electric pulse disintegrator to improve the efficiency of development of ore deposits in Murmansk region and Nikita Flowers, presenting the development of new extraction methods of biologically active substances from plant materials using deep eutectic solvents.
In addition, all applicants participating in the competitive selection, will make recommendations on the future development of the selected projects and possible support measures.
