The Russian government reduced the investment threshold for residents of TOSER Kirovsk

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed a Decree according to which was lowered investment environment to the residents, planning projects on the territory of advancing socio-economic development (TOSER) "Kirovsk".

By order of the 2 drop thresholds on volumes of capital investments and number of jobs created. Now residents of TOSER "Kirovsk" can be a company with total investment in the project from 2.5 million rubles. Previously, the figure was 5 million rubles. The number of personnel was reduced from 20 to 10 employees.

The objects of the tourism industry, a serious impediment to obtaining the resident status of ADZ, was the threshold of creating at least 20 jobs in the first year of the project. And despite the fact that the tourist potential of the city Kirovsk is huge and every year there appear the objects of tourist infrastructure, companies often are small businesses who find it difficult to overcome these thresholds.

In addition, significantly expanded the list of types of economic activities inside the ASEZ. Now residents can become a business, working in the fields of information technology, clothing production, crop production and fisheries, and others.
