On behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Murmansk Region is taking part in an All-Russian survey of employers on prospective staffing needs.
The survey is conducted by the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation in order to form an effective system of professional training that meets the current and prospective needs of employers, as well as the structure of labor demand in regional labor markets.
Based on the results obtained, a long-term forecast of personnel needs will be formed according to the professional qualification principle in the context of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
You can take part in the survey until July 30, 2024 inclusive. The filling out of questionnaire forms by participating employers is carried out on the digital platform of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Research Institute of Labor" of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation at the link: https://prognoz.vcot.info
During the survey period, a regional contact center for interaction with employers was organized in the GOBU Employment Center of the Murmansk region, within the framework of which employees of personnel centers can provide explanations on filling out survey forms by phone 8 (8152) 56-67-07.
