The Commission of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia has assigned the status of residents of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation to subsidiaries of three federal developers for the implementation of housing construction projects in the Murmansk region. The agreements with them were signed as part of the work of the Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrey Chibis at the SPIEF.
The subsidiary of Glorax, LLC "SZ "Castor" plans to invest 11.3 billion rubles in the construction of residential buildings in Murmansk, the new resident of LLC "SZ "TSD Arktika" – 22.5 billion rubles, and the subsidiary "Airplane Regions" LLC "SZ "Project-S-79" – 10.4 billion rubles. All companies are registered in the Murmansk region.
"By becoming a resident of the Russian Arctic, investors can count on tax and other benefits. In the limited conditions of construction in the Far North, certain preferences help not only business, but the entire construction sector. The region is becoming more and more attractive to large investors, including in the form of construction companies," said Olga Vovk, Deputy Governor of the Murmansk Region.
Recall that in the Murmansk region in the next 10 years, including as part of the development of master plans, it is planned to build about 1 million square meters. m of housing. For the construction of 600 thousand square meters. contracts have already been concluded with the above-mentioned large federal developers.
