
Governor Andrey Chibis held a working meeting with potential investors, where they discussed the prospects for the development of the cultural and park space around Semenovsky Lake in Murmansk. Its renovation is one of the priority tasks reflected in the master plans for the development of Arctic anchor settlements.
During the discussion, the head of the region stressed that the Murmansk Region has created comfortable conditions for doing business, allowing for the implementation of large-scale projects in various fields.
"We continue to work to make the settlements of the Murmansk region even more comfortable and interesting for living and recreation. Semenovskoye Lake in the regional center is one of the favorite places of northerners, and our task is to create a modern and harmonious space here. It is important for us that businesses are ready to invest in the development of the region, and we, in turn, provide favorable conditions for such initiatives," said Governor Andrey Chibis.
At the meeting, the governor was presented with concepts for the development of the territory and the creation of a unique urban space, taking into account the climatic and landscape features of the region. Andrey Chibis noted that the proposed ideas deserve attention and will be analyzed by the heads of relevant ministries.
