Last week, the "Week of Trade Representatives" was held, organized by JSC "Russian Export Center" together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The event was attended by Anastasia Tyutina, General Director of the ANO "Export Support Center of the Murmansk Region".
The purpose of the meeting was to develop an export support system through effective cooperation of export support centers with the Institute of trade Representative offices.
Anastasia Tyutina held talks with trade representatives of the Russian Federation in China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Uzbekistan. In particular, they discussed the current supplies and prospects for the export of fish, seafood, products from northern berries, cosmetics from seaweed, as well as tourist services.
As a result of the meetings, the possibility of participation of Murmansk exporters in the fishing industry exhibition and in the tourism exhibition in China in October-November 2023 is being considered.
The Export Support Center of the Murmansk Region was established by the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region in order to facilitate the implementation of the tasks of the national projects "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial Initiative" and "International Cooperation and Export".
It should be noted that the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region is constantly working with Trade missions of the Russian Federation abroad, cooperation with 20 countries has already been built. It has become a good tradition to hold the event "Hour with the trade Representative", which is an effective measure of interaction and establishing contacts with exporters and importers of friendly countries.
