Financial support for small and medium-sized business entities to the reimbursement of expenses related to credit and lease liabilities

The purpose of financial support is to reimburse expenses incurred by an SMBE for the production modernization.

The Subsidy to the SMBE amounts to:

400,000 roubles, when the first instalment (advance payment) paid by the SMBE at the time of entering into an equipment lease agreement is subsidized, but not more than 80% of the amount of the first instalment (advance payment) paid at the time of entering into an equipment lease agreement.
300,000 roubles, when a part of expenses relating to the payment by the SMBE of lease charges are subsidized, but not more than 3/4 of a key interest rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as in force on the date of payment of lease charges by the SMBE, but not more than 70% of expenses actually incurred by the small and medium-sized business entity for payment of lease charges in the current year.
300,000 roubles, when interest charges for loans provided to the SMBE for the construction (reconstruction) of production buildings, structures, facilities and/or acquisition of equipment, including expenses for equipment installation, are subsidized for the purposes of establishing and/or development and/or modernization of goods production, but not more than 3/4 of a key interest rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, but not more than 70% of expenses actually incurred for payment of interest charges for loans.
