Thanks to the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry", a camping hotel corresponding to the 4* level was opened in Tula.

The project "Residence "Northern Lights" in 2022 received state support in the amount of 4.6 million rubles for the creation of a camping. One of the main conditions for obtaining a subsidy was the mandatory classification of the object to increase the level of comfort and service of hotel services in the region. The entrepreneur has invested more than 20 million rubles in this project, 4 jobs have already been created.

To date, some of the rooms with individual vats and cafes have been launched, where tourists are offered breakfast, which is included in the room rate. For the subjects of the tourism industry of the Murmansk region, an introductory presentation was held with the hotel and the possibilities, as well as working conditions with tour operators.

"The village of Tuloma is a place unique in its nature, its microclimate. It has a huge potential, paved access roads, proximity to the administrative center, a beautiful view and the legacy of the Soviet era. A large area of 32,000 square meters, stormwater and wastewater communication systems, central electricity and water supply, the former building of the sports and recreation complex with an Olympic swimming pool bowl and medical offices. All this prompted us to start implementing our plan to compete with world practice and make a hotel with a high level of comfort, in which guests will be provided with a sports complex, a swimming pool, spa areas, as well as a wellness center. We have faced many difficulties in the implementation of this project, namely with the supply of materials from factories that have come under sanctions pressure, a multiple increase in the cost of building materials, a shortage of workers and cash due to an increase in prices. But they were able to receive tax benefits as residents of the Arctic zone, rent benefits, information support and support at all stages, starting from becoming residents, developing a plan, ending with support for the implementation of the project itself. Support and support was also provided for the transfer of land to the necessary type of permitted use. We have received a financial grant from the Tourism Committee of the Murmansk Region, which was a huge support for us within the framework of the project," said Daniil Grebenyukov, General Director of Northern Lights LLC.
