From July 1, a digital platform for online monitoring of national projects will start working in the Murmansk Region

A digital platform for monitoring the implementation of national projects will be launched in the Murmansk Region, Governor Andrey Chibis said, opening a government meeting on June 29. The new automated system will allow you to monitor budget execution and contracting, the performance of work at each facility in real time, as well as monitor the achievement of indicators and the schedule of the implementation of the NP.

"On July 1, we are launching an online monitoring system for both the target indicators of national projects and for specific objects that are implemented within the framework of national projects and the plan "To live in the North". All the data will be uploaded to a single digital platform for managing the region, which has been launched in the SDG, and is available to responsible managers, "said Andrey Chibis." I ask industry vice-governors, ministers, heads of municipalities to monitor the work through the platform, but at the same time regularly visit construction sites and solve the problems that arise in time."

In 2021, 11 national projects are being implemented in the region, which affect all spheres of people's lives, totaling about 15 billion rubles. By the end of this year, the work should be completed at 350 sites and each of them, according to the governor, requires special attention and daily monitoring. In particular, a school for 1,200 seats and five kindergartens are under construction in Severomorsk, as well as the reconstruction of the Murmansk Regional Drama Theater.

Also among the priority tasks, as noted by Andrey Chibis – are the resettlement of Northerners from emergency housing, road repairs, providing medical institutions with modern equipment, business support, including the conclusion of export contracts.

"In addition to the implementation of projects, the monitoring of objects is also important, colleagues. This applies to both virtual halls in cinemas and recreation centers, as well as medical equipment, playgrounds, and so on. It is fundamentally important to understand how this really works for people, " Andrey Chibis summed up, instructing the Project Office to monitor objects that were previously commissioned as part of national projects.
