On May 22-23, an annual seminar-meeting on the development of competition in the subjects of the Russian Federation was held by the Federal Antimonopoly Service at the site of the FAS Educational and Methodological Center in Kazan.
The event was attended by representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, relevant federal ministries and departments, as well as authorized bodies for promoting competition in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The Murmansk Region was represented by Maria Scriabina, Acting Head of the Competition Development Department of the Competition Policy Committee.
During the event, Sergey Puzyrevsky, State Secretary and Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, noted the practice of the municipal formation of the municipal district of the city of Apatity with a subordinate territory - holding a road show of municipal property objects and free investment sites of the city of Apatity, free from the rights of third parties.
Thanks to the implementation of this practice, an entrepreneur can freely view available vacant sites, their characteristics and the amount of rent.
In 2022-2023, 9 real estate lease agreements were concluded for the objects presented in the roadshow.
The practice was noted as one of the best among the subjects of the Russian Federation by the end of 2023.
Recall that the last time projects in the Arctic were highlighted based on the results of an analysis of all potential best regional practices in 2021. According to the assessment of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the regional projects of the Murmansk region "School of Social Entrepreneurship and NGOs" and "Innovation Voucher" were recognized as the best practices in the framework of the implementation of the Competition Development Standard.
