Recall that the Tourism Council of the Murmansk Region under the Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis decided to define 2023 as the year of active tourism.
The Tourism Committee of the Murmansk Region held a competition of tourism projects of tourism industry entities aimed at improving the quality, accessibility and competitiveness of tourist services and ensuring safety and determined the winners.
"40 applications have been received for participation in the competition – this indicates that the topic of active tourism has aroused great interest among entrepreneurs of the Murmansk region," commented Alexander Eliseev, head of the committee.
On June 28, a meeting of the competition commission for the consideration of projects in the tourism industry was held, at which 32 entrepreneurs presented and defended their projects.
The amount of the regional budget funds provided in 2023 for the provision of subsidies amounted to 4 million rubles.
The projects were presented in terms of equipping tourist equipment rental points and creating infrastructure, purchasing audio-radio equipment, purchasing equipment and boats for the development of water tourism. Most of the projects are related to the purchase of equipment, inventory and equipment designed to ensure a comfortable and safe stay of tourists and residents of the region on tourist routes.
The best projects in this direction received the highest scores and became winners:
- LLC "White Seasons" with the implementation of the project "Triathlon "Imandra Line" in Apatity;
- IP Yatkovsky Denis Anatolyevich with the implementation of the project "Development of active tourism at the recreation center "Harbor" in the Tersk district";
- IP Abanosimov Igor Vyacheslavovich with the implementation of the project "Ecological transport in Teriberka";
- IP Klibansky Alexey Vladimirovich with the implementation of the Lapland Arena project;
- LLC "Mini Hotel" with the implementation of the project "S&C tours for guests of the existing hotel "Rooms&Breakfast".
