The Murmansk Region Development Corporation is recognized as one of the most effective organizations for working with investors in Russia. According to the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies, the regional Development Corporation is in the highest group "A".
Since this year, the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies has been conducting an independent assessment of the quality of work of regional specialized organizations working with investors. At the moment, 10 regions have already been evaluated, six of them confirmed the high level of quality and showed high service in working with potential investors.
Among the best experts noted a super organization for working with investors from the Murmansk region. As a result of the study, the regional Development Corporation confirmed the high level of work with investors, gaining 84%, which corresponds to the highest group "A". Experts also noted the high quality of the service provided to investors (88%).
"Conducting an independent assessment of regional special organizations helps to increase the level of investor confidence in the region. The indicators of the Murmansk region are high, one of the best among the special organizations for which an assessment has been carried out at the moment. Certain areas of the Development Corporation's activities will be recommended to other regions as best practices," said Raphael Husyainshin, Executive Director of the NAAIR.
The assessment is a broad comprehensive diagnostic aimed at verifying the effectiveness and quality of services provided to investors. It is conducted according to 80 performance indicators and takes into account existing best practices. As part of the evaluation, real investors conduct a "secret purchase", which allows them to evaluate the work of the "front office" of a regional special organization. Separately, as a positive factor influencing the work with investors in the region, experts noted the high level of involvement of the Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis in the promotion of the investment potential of the region.
"Andrey Chibis actively participates in events, signs agreements with major investors, periodically gathers meetings on the implementation of various projects," Rafael Khusyainshin said.
In addition, according to the results of the ASI National Rating, the Murmansk Region Development Corporation has improved its performance this year.
