Access to government support measures has been simplified for small and medium-sized businesses and a proactive selection of regional and federal programs and services has been provided. This became possible due to the development of a unique product — a digital profile of an entrepreneur, which contains 800 data. Until today, only individuals had a similar profile. The digital profile was formed by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Tax Service, the SME Corporation and the Bank of Russia.
Thanks to the implementation of the project initiated by the SME Corporation, the process of obtaining SMEs available on the Digital Platform will be significantly simplified for entrepreneurs.The Russian Federation supports measures, primarily financial. For example, this will allow you to exclude more than 50 fields from the loan application form. The business will also not have to attach about 10 documents, and the time for creating an application will be reduced from one day to 15 minutes. Verification of the application by the bank will also be simplified, since the data will be obtained from reliable government sources.
It will be easier to apply for other financial support measures where a large amount of information is required, in particular, state microloans, grants and regional subsidies.
The launch of the digital profile will enable the Digital Platform to select and offer the entrepreneur support measures that are suitable for his business. Users will be able to feel the first effect of its work in the coming months.
"The government experiment on data exchange between ministries and departments will help simplify the provision of support measures for businesses on the SME.RF platform. This is part of the systematic work of the Government to digitalize the interaction between the state and entrepreneurs," said Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The digital profile already reflects information from the registers of sole proprietors, legal entities, SMEs, as well as data on the availability of accounts, debts to the state, tax returns, accounting statements and information from "Public Services".

Then they will be included in applications for support measures, as well as used when offering users the most suitable products.
"The digital profile will allow businesses to reduce the time to search for the necessary information about support measures, and the state will proactively offer the entrepreneur the measures that are suitable specifically for him. This will eliminate the need to search for them, select them, compare the conditions with the parameters of your business. All this will be taken over by the Digital Platform. There will be 18 different sets of information in the profile. Half of them are already available, the remaining data will appear in early 2023," said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of SME Corporation.
