The Regional Export Support Center, together with the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region, offers polar exporters to use the service to assist in organizing and transporting products to foreign markets.
In accordance with the amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated 02/18/2021 No. 77, the amount of support for the transportation of products abroad increased from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles per company.
This service is provided on a co–financing basis: the Export Support Center pays up to 80% of the cost of providing the service, and the enterprise pays at least 20%.
The service may include assistance in organizing and carrying out transportation of products, loading and unloading, transshipment from one transport to another, storage, sorting, consolidation, unbundling, labeling, palletizing, repackaging of products.
It is important to note that the Export Support Center provides a service if a small and medium-sized business entity has an export contract, which provides for obligations to transport products to a foreign buyer.
